Question only for Muslims?

Is Abu l-Qasim Muhammad ibn ‘Abd Allāh al-Hashimi al-Qurashi revelations suggesting they are words that was put within him from ilah and he is speaking all that was commanded to him by ilah of the deen of Ibrahim?
