What happened to Yu-Gi-Oh! Tag Force 3 ?

I own Yu-Gi-Oh! GX Tag Force 1 and 2 for the PSP, but now suddenly when I went to GameStop I see Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's Tag Force 4? What happened to the third installment?
