Yield to redlight runner/ speeder?

there is not much you can do in acc where there are witnesses. if the case goes to court by your ins company then witness is a witness like any other court case. most likely the ins company will settle the case. it will not get to the point of witnesses being called or anything like that. you cannot be a witness for your wife because you are not imparshal witness.
