Ingredients in turkish food?

us is a yummy chickpea dip. Lamb shish is cubes of lamb on skewers. The other shish and kofte are also meats. Turks don't cook curries at all or use turmeric that much. They can have saffron in some dishes like rice dishes but I would say that a commercial restaurant would not use saffron because it is way too expensive. Baklava are sweet pastries with nuts in them. You should be able to eat everything on the menu. Be adventurous, you might like it!
