Vegans & vegetarians - what nutrients do they lack in their diet?

Most people say that B12 is what we lack but B12 is found within soil, the reason its not as abundant in vegetables like it used to be is because of the artificial soil (sometimes tomato's aren't even grown IN SOIL!) used to grow some crops. When you consume meat, you are consuming what that animal ate, which is vegetation. Veggies and Vegans who eat proper and nutritious diets are not lacking in any nutrients.
