Is this paranoid anxiety or something??! HELP.?

You can see a doctor and get his/her advice. I think your compulsive worrying is indicative of an imbalance in your brain that at least needs to be corrected initially by medicine. Once medicated you could try a support group or something similar, and eventually you'll hardwire yourself to be less worried about such fickle and nonexistant things.
