My poor guinea pig..... What should I do?

Not terribly impressed with your vet - the vet should have seen her to check for internal injuries. I would suggest finding another vet and taking her in for a check up, she could be in pain. Once the vet has checked her, you can trying cuddling her and speaking softly when you get her some food, but you really should get her checked out first.
