Obama tried to delay withdrawal agreement of U.S. troops in Iraq to get the credit for ending the war?

Obama is so grandiose and under handed. Are we to believe he really cares about the war or the troops when all he is interested in is getting credit for ending the war---even if that means we lose the war. He puts his own interests ahead of the military and the iraqi people. What kind of a person does something like that? Not the kind that should be president.
