Driving past curfew in NYS?

im 17 and i have a DJ lincense i also live in upstate ny and recently i was ticketed for not using my turn signal at a traffic light and i was also ticketed for driving past curfew which is 9pm. (the officer wrote it as driving out of cl) if anyone could tell me what the violations could involve as consequences such as the points on my license and what the fines could be and also the chances of my license getting suspended and if so for how long.
