Does the dark knight contain clues on the next villains for batman 3?

i think harvey dent is the only character who can/should become two face. cause they are sticking closer to the original story with the dark knight series. and harvey was twoface. who ends up blaming batman for his disfigurement. as for catwoman i cant recall bruce wayne having any love interest with catwoman. before she became batman. as it was the name selena that becomes catwoman, if they stick with the names we have seen twoface is next. followed by penguin and catwoman as those two are known to team up agaist him. we may even see come into play.
