Is it possible to unregister to vote?

I disagree with the way the system works now. For example, I would have a tri-cameral legislative branch and no president. I have nothing against Obama or anything, I just would rather not vote anymore. I am not going to vote anymore anyway, this would just complete the it. Please don't lecture me about "civic duty". To many idiots voted and we got Bush. It is some people's civic duty to NOT vote. More is not better, BETTER is better.
