I've been working out for awhile now and haven't really lost any weight. I had chest pains about a month?

ago that sent me to the ER. They ruled out any cardiac reasons but haven't given me a reason why I had chest pains. I haven't drank any sodas for about a month now. For the past 2 days, for example, I go to the gym, workout and sit in a steam room, come home and weight the exact same as I did when I left to go to the gym. Any reasons why?
