Why don't the Rockets want to play Mcgrady?

The Rockets aren't sure he's completely healthy, despite what he's been saying. Also, because of the number of games he's missed, the Rockets are getting paid insurance money for every game he misses. They get something like 90% of his salary back for every game he doesn't play. Considering how much T-Mac makes (highest paid player in the NBA), they don't want to have to pick up and pay his full salary until he's able to come back and play 100%
