If I was you I would get to cl early, and look at the people who seem friendly or won't treat you like you are inferior. They might be a little nervous so it comes off as being rude, but once you get to know them it will get better. I had the same problem, but I had no choice to work with my lab partners for chemistry. You need to get a lawyer. I don't know what the laws are over there but in California a landlord cannot raise your rent without it being in the contract (i.e. raise rent 1% a yr or something like that) and it's illegal for them to just evict you like that. They have to go through all the paperwork and court systems, usually a minimum of 90 days before the tenants can legally be evicted. Sorry I couldn't help more.

Am I a late bloomer, or is this normal?

I needed my first bra in fourth, fifth grade, like almost everyone else. Well now, four years later, I can still fit in the same bras. Almost nothing has changed since then. I've gotten more pubic hair over the years and I have grown 1-2 inches each year, but nothing else has changed. I have gotten no period, no growth spurts, nothing. I am 14 right now, and I will be 15 in a few months. My dad wasn't a late bloomer and my mom got her period when she was 13, so could there be something wrong with me? I know I can't do anything to speed puberty up, but this just pisses me off because almost everything in my life so far has been fixable. I'm 5'1, I weigh 105 pounds and I'm not overly athletic or anything. I wear an A bra, but the adult bras are too big so yes, I still have to wear a kids bra. I've heard of people starting puberty late, but I didn't. Help?

Okay, well I have been in choir/chorus for a long time, and I absolutely love to sing. LSU Tigers will win big. After a tough loss they will be out for blood. I don't look for Auburn to just lay down though. The New Orleans Saints win their second against a struggling Atlanta Falcons. As for Tulane, I can't find a way to give them a win until they quit killing themselves with costly rookie mistakes and turnovers.

Snowboard sizing help!?

I'm a 135lb (Very lanky) 5'7" female novice snowboarder looking for a board that I can move up on. Right now I'm still learning but at the end of this season want to buy my first board. A long time ago my friend bought me an "eye smudge" pot from Morbid Makeup, I don't think they sell it anymore...I can't even find a picture of it. Anyway, I didn't use it all but I like the pot and I'd like to clean it out and keep earrings in it. I've cleaned most of it out but there is very sticky, waxy product still stuck to the sides. Hepatitis B vaccine?

Where I live, they recommend starting a child on the Hep B vaccination series at birth. However, we would like to wait a little while until our newborn develops a little more, instead of bombarding his system with that type of vaccination at birth. Can you start the series later? Help with betta fish tank?

Well I'm no expert but I've had my betas in a 2.5 gal with a divider. So that's 1.25 gal each. I need to get a filter because it will be easier, but right now I do 1/3 change once a week. I have a tank with a lid and a light, and they are happy with the temp. I think it gives them a slight variety bc it's a tall tank. I also have live plants that make the water healthier. I've never tested their water any other way then with a tester, but I don't bother. I think I do alright with fish. I've had this really fast feeder goldfish for like 4 years. They don't die on me. Another thing you might already know - don't overfeed them because they get constipated. I went out of town and had someone feed the one I've had the longest, and it was overfed. If this happens they can get swim bladder disease. But I caught it early and if you ever have a situation where your fish swims a little funny do this: put him in a shallow tank, I used the cup he came in filled 2/3 maybe, because he couldn't get up and down. Then I thawed one pea, and put it in there. The next day he was feeling much better because it removed the blockage.

Your cat seems to be ociating you and not the behavior with the water and that may not be working out to well for you. An alternative method for correcting bad behavior is a loud noise. Put some pennies in an empty soda can , maybe 5 or so, and tape the top so they don't fall out. When your cat misbehaves shake the can a couple of times, but be quick about it, they have to ociate the noise with the behavior that you're trying to correct. This may not totally correct him but it'll stop him from doing it at that moment, and hopefully he'll forget about the water and stop hissing at you. It seems to work well enough for mine.

From what I've been hearing a programming or CS degree is very helpful. also, security+, N+, and the CCNA are key. I think there is quite a bit of variety withing the industry, so I'd find out what you'd be working with in your area or what some of the companies you'd like to work for use and what they require to hire. Recommendation for a hunting horse breed?.

Debating getting a horse for bow hunting with hounds. It seems that everyone has their own opinions as to what type of horse is best for hunting so I decided I'd ask for some people's opinions here. I'm thinking it may be less necessary to have a horse that reacts well to loud sounds since the dogs are sighthounds and it will be bows rather than rifles. The terrain is more than a little rough in places, so surefootedness and decent jumping are a must while top end speed is less important. The possible riders are between 175 and 225 pounds, but I intend on taking extended trips so there is a bit more weight for a bivy, bedroll and some other minor gear but it all weighs less than 25 pounds. This is just a early question, I will be doing a lot more research and/or taking cles before I actually buy a horse, but it would be nice to have a better idea on where to start looking.

Ok...let's say there was this really nice Korean boy. I hated him so much during sixth grade, and I'm pretty sure he thought I was really annoying too. But somehow, during seventh grade, he had drastically changed OoO. He started acting nice to other people and had completely lost his bad attitude. That was when he started saying 'hi' to me and stuff...but I found it hard to say anything to him because I fell for things like that. Before long, I found myself actually starting to like him. Witholding for married filing jointly with one child?

This year I filed taxes jointly with my new husband. We had a child last year, and both have filed Single 0 up until this year - now we have to change our withholdings at work. The worksheets we have work out to wanting us to claim much more than I think we should claim (its a W4 and an NC4 North Carolina state). I like to sell all my items via registered post, it gives me, and some sellers a peice of mind. I've also been offering this service for free. I was thinking that offering this service for free will take the buyers mind off the postage costs, and bid more for the item. Naturally this consideration would have to work in the opposite direction, if someone is charging shipping fees, you have to take the total amount into consideration, and subsequently bid less. Though, do you think this works well for my bottom line? Or would it be better to charge a flat shipping fee of $4.99. I don't log onto messenger that often...only when I want to chat with my aunt because it's cheaper than calling. My rabbit died just like this last Jan. 17, 2006. I returned home from work one day, and she was just sitting there, quiet in her corner. She was an indoor, uncaged rabbit.....so she could hop anywhere she pleased. By the end of the evening, she had urinated on the floor (before she always used her sand box) and sat in the urine. She woke me up by screaming and making these horrible gasps that night.....and she died in my arms with her eyes open. She was also 3 1/2 years old. The vet said her organs just shut down. All I know....is that I still get teary-eyed talking about it. I'm soooo sorry for your loss.

Outdoor Coed Baby Shower ideas?

This is my second child, another boy, but they are being born at completely different times of the year so I can't really reuse any of the clothes. No one has said anything about throwing a shower for me this time around, so a friend of mine and I are going to plan one. I would like this one to be more of a get together than a formal frou frou girly shower. I would like for my husband and his friends and everyone to be there instead of oohing and aahing over baby gifts, we can just open the gifts then get on with the party and have a good time. I will be having the shower either the very end of May or in early June (I'm due July 7th, but my Dr. does c-sections 7-10 days before the due date, so I am planning on having it done on the 1st of July). I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for outdoor baby showers, like decorations and such. We are probably going to do just some cheap appetizer things for the food and have a buffet table. We will more than likely have it at my parents house. They have a large backyard with a covered porch and a little pond. Thanks for your help in advance!

I just got a speeding ticket for a construction zone. I was going 50 when it was a 25 normally a 45. Reason I was speeding was because I was at a traffic light and my lane was about to merge into the other one. There were alot of cars behind me, and I didn't want to hold everyone else up. When I was about to merge the car next to me sped up so I sped up to merge. When I did merge in front of it, the car tailgated me a bit. I sped up a little more to get bigger space between us. What is best in interior wall paints?

my walls are particleboard walls. i want to paint them a beige color. but i seen some that was latex interior wall paint is that what i need? it had a 6 year warranty on the can. my living room is decorated in magnolias, my curtains are a burgundy color, i have hardwood flooring no carpet, my rugs on the foor is squares are burgundy with a tan middle square in the center. my furniture- coffee tables and entertainment center and other tables are cherry oak wood. my sitting furniture has some tan or beige and some burgundy colors in it one oversized blue recliner also. so would the beige color paint work with these colors now they are just white with a magnolia border around the center of the wall, also should i have a multicolor wall like over the border one color and then under it another or what? i appreciate all the help.

How come you don't hear enough about the futility of the Brewers in the stretch run the last 2 years?

They blew a 8.5 game lead last year and are letting the wild card slip away. I am venting because I'm a mets fan and probably witnessing a meltdown just as bad as the mets had last year. It comes at a bad time because the phillies are looking to 4-game sweep the brewers tonight. I can't believe a team as good as the Brewers have been falling apart like this- they're leaving the wild card wide open for the phillies and astros, and guaranteeing the cubs the division despite their own struggles. It makes for a good wild card chase, but it should have never come to this. The only benefit for the mets is that they have insurance in making the playoffs if the phillies should catch them.

For the father, I would say...Damien Christoph Davis. It's a fairly normal name, yet still hints at his somewhat foreign heritage. For the best friend I would say to name her Meagan Rea. It seems like the right name to me. Help with strange feeling after EPS?

2 weeks ago I had an EPS study done of my hearts electrical circuitry. I am 50 years old and a survivor of a heart attack 10 years ago. The study was 5 hours long and the a-fib arrythmia was not able to be reproduced during the study. After the procedure I was fine for a 3 days - then sick and in bed for 3 days. The symptoms were flu like with nausea and vomiting. Since those days have ped I have been feeling generally unwell. Fatigue is the top of the list with my extremities seeming like they weigh 500 pounds. I have a chemical taste with every breath and a ringing sensation in my ears. Every once in a while my blood pressure seems to drop and leaves me feeling like I am going to p out. If you have ever had the flu and fever and have had that disconnect or disjointed feeling that is how I seem to be feeling every day. It comes in waves and is really bothersome. Has anyone else experience this after this type of procedure? Is there any comments or suggestions on something that I can do. I have seen a doctor in Emergency and all tests show blood levels fine, no cardiac markers. Something is just not right and I dont know how the heck to get anyone to listen or check me out.

I know the feeling. I am on my first cycle with clomid and metformin for PCOS. I had a CD12 ultrasound and had 4 mature follicles. Yesterday CD13 for me I had a positive OPK. SO I WAS SUPER PUMPED since i never got one of those before. so me and my hubby BD'd yesterday and today and will tomorrow. This is based on what the people and the fertility center told me to do. I'm about to film a very low budget short film involving zombies, and I've found several websites that tell me to use liquid latex or spirit gum as an adhesive for more 3D make-up. But I dont know where to look to buy the stuff! It's a week while I send a message using my Yahoo email, it appears as a read one (unbold) in Sent Items while I have never read them myself. I tought some one may have access to my email; but I don't think so because when I send an email it appears immediately as a read one in sent items, I tried it many times. I have Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 fully updated, so I don't think there is a virus or trojan on my PC. I wonder if it relates to change somthing in Yahoo Options or something else.

I am in the very last stage of adopting from Guatemala and have hit a snag. I recently bought a machine for the conversion of used, clear vegetable oil to bio-diesel. But did you know that I'm responsible for paying the TAXES on the fuel that I MAKE? I have to pay the state highway use taxes on each gallon, and the federal gasoline tax on each gallon, in order to not be violating the law. Seems a littel like double taxation to me, adn therefore illegal, and I refuse to pay this. But did you know if you make your own fuel you are SUPPOSED to pay taxes on it? I paid taxes on the conversion chemicals, and the restaurant paid taxes on the purchase of the oil. To have me pay taxes on their combination is double taxation, and is prohibited by the Constitution. But there was a notice with the machine that had a warning to that effect from the federal government. Just another example of Liberal Democrats and the Big Government putting their fingers in everything. My car will run on moonshine. If I make corn liquor should I have to pay taxes on liquor AND gas too?

Can anyone help with potty training?

My daughter is 2 1/2 and has been diaper free since January. She did GREAT for a while. It seems lately she will wet her underwear just a little and then run to the potty. Or she will just let loose and empty her bladder in her pants. We encourage her to go potty every 2 hours or so depending on how much she has had to drink. Often she will have a minor meltdown because she doesn't want to go. What do I do? Go back to pull ups? We tried letting her go when she wanted to, but that just backfired.
