Is it legal to move out at 16?

So im 16. I really need advice and i have no good adults to talk to about this. and my school teachers im really close with, they arnt into relationship things. but heres the story. my parents hate my boyfriend whom ive been dating for over a year now. if they knew i even talked to him i would be dead, my dad put a restraing order against him and had him taking out of my cles because his friend made a horrible rude phone call of my bfs phone to my dad. but anyways ive loved him for 3 years now. and we are planning on living the rest of our lifes together and weve been planning it all out. were very serious unlike any couple ive seen or heard of. but if my parents were to find out and they got fighting with me, would it be legal to move out and not have them call the cops on me after 24 hours when im considered a runaway (ive dealt with this same situation from my older brother. i just is it legal, ive got housing worked out and food also transportation, thats not an issue. just i want to know the legal part of it. thankyou
