Is the runescape autofighter from autofighter.org safe?

First off, i know it's not allowed and you can get your account banned but you might be happy wasting hundreds of hours training your skills bit i am not. My question is to someone who has been using autofighter for a while. Basically, I'm just wondering since jagex have been saying they've updated their macro detection can the autofighter (NX) be found easily? Or are they just bluffing?
